Our Process
Our wide range of expertise allows us to help our clients with a variety of different design and marketing needs. To help us understand your organization's unique needs and interests, we start by scheduling a meeting with our clients, either in person or via Zoom. During this meeting, we’ll ask questions about your project needs, your business’s style, and about other pertinent topics that vary by project. At the end of this meeting, we will provide you with a quote for our service and estimated deadline dates for project deliverables. After the call, if the client is interested, we will send a personalized contract with specific deadlines and delivery dates, as well as a pricing breakdown for the client to review and sign. In addition, we’ll provide a list of any important documents we need from the client, such as any existing logos or specific text that is needed in the final documents. Once the contract is signed, an invoice for the initial deposit will be sent, which must be paid before the first project proofs are sent. In order to achieve the best results for you, the client will be given several opportunities to review project progress throughout the course of work and is encouraged to communicate any changes (either by phone, Zoom, or email) by the dates outlined in the contract. This will allow the project to stay on the expected schedule. Once the project is finished and the client is satisfied with the final result(s), all project deliverables will be sent to the client along with a final bill.
